ADS Securities LLC is a limited liability company incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Economic Development Department (no 1190047) in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
ADSS is licensed by the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates as a financial and monetary intermediary in the conduct of the financial and foreign exchange brokerage business.
According to the rules of the UAE, the intermediary company must own at least 60% of the national shareholding, the minimum capital of a brokerage firm is at least 1,000,000 dirhams, this amount can be increased to 2-3 million, depending on the volume of activity.
The broker has affiliates in London (FCA, no. 577453), Hong Kong (SFC, no.CE No. AXC847), and Singapore.

SWAP FREE
When trading on an account without a swap, currency pairs held overnight will not be paid or a daily fee for the swap will be charged. However, terms without a swap are not available for FX pairs containing the following currencies: HUF, ZAR, MXN, CNH, PLN, RUB, TRY and NZD.
If a transaction without a swap on any currency pair is kept open for more than ten days, a swap fee may be charged, unless our team at ADSS cancels this requirement. With prior notice, ADSS reserves the right to terminate the privileges for a free account at any time.
