Support
Customer support is limited by the ability to contact by email, via the online form on the website, by phone and on the Facebook page. The big minus is that FxCitizen has not yet introduced the possibility of online chat, which slows down the resolution of some issues. Perhaps this is due to the fact that the broker is positioning itself as a trading platform for experienced traders.
